Digital Accounting, Fiscalization 2.0 & Smarter Business Systems

This week, FBOA members gathered at Tehnološki Park Split for another community event focused on the practical realities of running a business in Croatia.

Organized in collaboration with KANCELARIJA d.o.o., the session explored topics that many entrepreneurs, freelancers, and business owners deal with daily but rarely have the opportunity to discuss openly: digital accounting systems, Fiscalization 2.0, automation, cloud-based tools, and administrative processes.

Rather than a traditional lecture, the event became an open and practical conversation shaped by real experiences and real questions from participants.

Throughout the session, attendees discussed how businesses are adapting to evolving fiscalization requirements, how automation can simplify operations, and how digital tools are changing the way companies manage accounting and administration.

One of the most valuable aspects of the event was the exchange between members themselves. Beyond the technical information, the discussion highlighted the importance of community spaces where entrepreneurs can share challenges, solutions, and different perspectives on doing business in Croatia.

As regulations and systems continue to evolve, conversations like these help make complex topics more approachable and easier to navigate.
