At FBOA, community doesn’t stop at business. It’s also about looking after each other when life takes an unexpected turn. Today, we want to support one of our own: Monica Ackermann.

Monica is 33, and anyone who has met her knows the energy she brings — open, generous, and full of light. Right now, she is undergoing chemotherapy for bowel cancer, facing a challenge that would test anyone’s strength. Yet even in this, she continues to carry herself with courage.

This is a moment for us, as her community, to step forward. To show her she doesn’t face this alone, and that the connections we’ve built together extend far beyond business.
