Many foreign entrepreneurs in Croatia don’t realize something is wrong until it’s too late — when the tax bill arrives, a bank account gets frozen, a key employee leaves, or a shareholder conflict erupts.
Join us for an essential session designed to help you avoid these hidden pitfalls before they become costly mistakes.
Prof. dr. Šime Jozipović, a distinguished legal advisor and international business law expert, will lead a practical discussion on the most common legal and operational issues foreign business owners face in Croatia. Drawing from real-life examples and years of advising international clients, he’ll share clear, actionable strategies on topics such as:
✔️ Simple tax optimization and tax risks
✔️ Effective oversight for local management and key employees
✔️ International contracts and Croatian court jurisdiction
✔️ Employee disputes and protective measures
✔️ How (not) to set up long-term partnerships and resolve shareholder conflicts
